The Big Day is chasing us down

Less than eight weeks to go and I've got some things I need to do. Just minor matters, you know - the rings, a stag do, evening invites, order of service sheets, get the banns read out and certified ...

Tomorrow I also have to find a way of juggling my bank accounts so that I can pay for my lump of the honeymoon.

I think the most urgent thing I've got to do is pick up Samantha's ring and get it engraved. That takes about two weeks and I need to have it in safe keeping at least a few weeks before the trip to St Peter's Heswall. I have in mind what I'm going to ask for but am not going to write it in here as I want it to be a surprise for the future Mrs Down when she gets it.

No. The most important thing I've got to do is get Samantha to get her new passport. She's booked in as Mrs S Down and it can't be changed. I'll get nagging... although if I start I feel I could open the floodgates. I'm sure there are a million and one things Samantha is itching to nag me about but is being restrained and trusting at the mo.
