Introducing bridesmaid number.....6!

No I haven't miss counted my bridesmaids. I have just added another! Those of you who have read the blog from the beginning will know that when I bought the dresses for the adult bridesmaids I bought a spare one just in case it was needed for alterations.

Luckily for me it hasn't been needed because for sometime now I have wanted to make an addition to my entourage.

When Laura needed her dress fixing Sandy at Anna May didn't need to use spare dress.

I have known Pippa since sixth form when we braved a school full of boys to get our A-levels. We always stayed in touch but it has been recently that we have become much closer. Pippa was great when my mum died too - a real support.

Pippa moved back to the Wirral earlier this year and has been a massive help with regards to the wedding. It has been fab to have her live so close and to get to know each other much better.

I have wanted to ask her to do the honour of by a bridesmaid since before the hen party. Being a bit tipsy I told her as much. I don't think she believed me or realised that I have been trying to get hold of a dress for her. I am so pleased I was able to ask her last night.

This is how I asked her (by text): "I have found the perfect dress for you to wear to the wedding. It's aubergine, knew length and from Monsoon but unfortunately it is also being worn by Laura, Laura, Kim and Frances what do you think...?

She said yes thank fully!!
