Weight Watchers is my saviour
I have finally reached my second goal in the old weight loss saga. I have now officially lost a stone :)
Weight Watchers was the perfect choice for me. I have lost it so gradually that I can't even tell now when I have lost any until my trousers start to fall down!

I am very pleased with myself. I haven't lost it as quickly as I thought but then I have fallen off the wagon quite a few times!
I now have only 79 days until W Day!
I would like to lose another 10 pounds which will take me to my lowest weight in 8 years. I am much happier with how I look and my confidence is growing every day. It took a major blow when Mummy died and the weight just piled on. I am a comfort eater so I will have to work extra hard to keep up Weight Watchers as my stress levels rise!
One thing I am doing is upping the ante at the gym, going for longer and working harder and it seems to be paying off. My body shape is changing again.
Anyone who says you can lose weight without exercise is barking.
I love that working out means more points which means more treats. However, I am now not eating them all thanks to some advice from a twitter friend.
Reaching the stone mark has really spurred me on with the rest of the wedding plans. Everything is coming together now and coming really quickly!
In my week off last week as well as recover from my Hen Party I got a lot sorted. I checked our budget (looking very healthy), picked the chair covers (see below), picked up- and wrote our invitations, bought my shoes and lingerie.
Chair covers are not something I really wanted to spend £260 on. I can think of much better ways to spend the money. However, I don't like the chairs at the Hillbark. They are bright red and while comfy not very pretty.
Our wedding theme is simple, classic end elegant. So the red chairs were out. I looked on the web for a local supplier and found Chair Style in Meols http://www.chairstyle.co.uk/ After asking for a quote I met the owner Maria at the Hillbark and looked at the different styles and colours. We quickly ruled out ivory as the table linen will be white then there was the choice of the colour of the bow.
In the end it was between bright pink (same as the bridesmaid dsash colour), bright pink tops (2010 trend) or plain white.
In the end I decided white taffeta suited the theme better and would off set the candelabra's in the centre of the tables really nicely.
I then went and picked up the invitations. They are so beautiful and I promise to pop a picture on here when I can. Carole at Precious moments in West Kirby has been fantastic. http://www.precious-moments.co.uk/
As it is just across the road I popped in to Cherish the Bride to have another look at my dress. When I was there I was told my actual dress has arrived. I looked at it then had to dash from the shop as I was very emotional. I was chokced by the emotion of it. I really missed my mummy right then. As when I was there a mother was with her daughter and they were laughing and joking. I wanted that so much.
I have made an appointment to go and try it on on Sat at 4.30pm. I can't wait. Danielle is coming with me and I think she is probably just as excited as I am. I am afraid there will be no pictures for obvious reasons!
I then decided I had to go and buy my shoes and lingerie. I went to so many shops in Liverpool and Chester with no joy.
Until I went to Jones's bootmakers in Chester and found a very helpful manager who was herself getting married. I found the perfect shoes. They are a pearl colour so that I can wear them again as they cost a fair bit.
Lingerie was quite hard to find too as I am a pear shape. Typically trusty Marks and Spence came up trumps. It is stunning but I won't be going into details as it is a surprise for Rich ;)
And that's it. We are off to the Hillbark with my Dad tonight to discuss everything which is quite exciting and I hope not stressful!
